  • Please kindly notice that a Return Form number is required for each return. We will not process any return without the Return Form number.
  • Request the return must be filed within 3 days based on the delivery date of your package. Any quality issues should be proved with photographs and descriptions. Please contact : service@zentai-zentai.com
  • Return must be completed, unused, unwashed and with original packaging. Any item altered or with odors(perfume, smoke, etc) is not returnable.
  • Custom orders (include size custom, special options and process with supplied design), Clearance are not returnable.
  • The Return Form number will expire 3 days after we issue it. So please send us the package back as soon as you received the number.Then provide us the tracking number and other tracking info.
  • After received the returned package, our staff will process the return by inspect the returned items. The refund funds will be posted to your Paypal account in 5-7 business days for your Paypal account to make it available.
  • Mrzentai reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.
  • Customers will be responsible for all return shipping cost. Returns marks COD will be refused.
  • For remake orders, we will send it out via super saver. If you need faster shipping, you need to cover the postage.

I'm having soo much fun with Deadpool. As is some of my friends. I wear this costume so much I'll need a second one. Haha too much laundry :P!

We are very pleased with this suit! The fit is perfect, which is amazing because I'm fairly certain that my measurements were terrible. The production (for custom sizing, no less!) was fast, and the company's communication was great. The item was well packaged, and even with the snow-delay in my area, the shipping was fast. The quality is excellent. The alterations we requested were done perfectly. The style is more comic-accurate than our previous suit. The only negative, at all, is that the white mesh for the eyeholes is a little more opaque than those of the previous suit, however she can still see out of them. We're looking forward to this con-year and a lot of fun cosplay! Thanks so much for your timely production, timely shipping, and quality product!

My son loves his dead pool costume that I got for him! Everyone at comic con loved us! I can't wait to wear them again!! I got him the kids size option it's so easy to match the sizes!

I recommend giving exact measurements for the suit, I bought mine too big. I re-ordered and received it before comic con. Everyone loved my rendition of lady dead pool! I absolutely love it!

I bought the kid size for my son, last Haloween... It fit perfectly and I added all the accessories myself. Some I bought some I made. Those of you who are complaining about the mask... You can always request to have the "Face Aperture" just like I did... And then get your own mask somewhere else. Worked perfectly for my son.

I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, thank you. This is so damn well made that I want to shake hands with all the people involved with making it. Guys like...... I love you, what the heck. This is so worth it and so so so sexy. Wearing this baby for MAGFest, Halloween and dog costume contests cause my dog Biscotti has natural Deadpool eye markings and a matching costume. Hype.

Hello, I want to buy this zentai but I would like to know, can I separate the hood ? or can I replace with this hood ( http://www.zentai-zentai.com/deadpool-hood-red-spandex-matte-black-metallic-spandex-mesh-eyes-hood-with-peak-products-3213.html ) ? because I like this deadpool design but I don't like eyes and these black contours...It's unaesthetic for me..
