Could you guys make this in lycra spandex and seperate cape? no belt design in it though.

id like to know if this costume could be made? with a detachable cape? in lycra spandex? with crotch zipper and u back zipper? i had sent an email before but not sure if it went through. please let me know if you need a larger pic of this?
